Summarizer works well

Signed up for the basic plan. Used the pdf summarizer. It worked. Good for quick overviews. No problems.

Good value for yearly plan

I was looking for a tool to help with my research papers and found Genei. I saw they had an annual billing discount, which saved me a good chunk of money up front compared to paying monthly. The 14-day free trial helped me decide if it was right for me. The AI summarizer and note-taking features are exactly what I needed. It felt worth the purchase, definitely a practical choice for someone on a budget.

Consistent and reliable for research

I've been using Genei for over a year now, mainly for the academic paper analysis and citation generator. This latest renewal for my pro plan was as smooth as always. The service has been consistently reliable. I used it for my last two big projects and it really sped up my literature review. The multi-document analysis is still a standout feature for me. It's why I keep coming back; it just works.

Helpful tool, slight learning curve

I signed up for Genei a few weeks ago, mostly for the AI writing assistant and the chrome extension. The ordering process was straightforward, I opted for the annual subscription to get the discount. Delivery was instant, obviously, as it's a web service. The initial setup took a little getting used to; the interface isn't super intuitive at first, but after watching a couple of tutorials, I got the hang of it. The quality of the summaries is decent, especially for dense academic papers. I used the support chat once for a question about folder organization and they responded within an hour. It's been a useful tool for managing my research, though I wish the semantic search was a bit more precise sometimes.
